Demetrios is very professional and knowledgable. He always responded quickly to our requests and helped us through the entire home-buying process. When we purchased our home in May 2021, it was a very aggressive sellers market, and he helped us negotiate the many offers, and finally, the process of actually getting into our new home. He was also our agent for selling our home. We highly recommend him as your agent. You will not be disappointed!

Demetrios helped us find our perfect house when the market was incredibly fast and difficult to get into. He responded to every call and text as soon as possible. Even though we found a house outside of his normal geographic area, he worked just as hard and took us to as many houses as possible.
